Information Report - (Food For Thought.)

Everyday foods have four groups.

Meat - Lean and other.

Lean meat is meat with no fat or if you cut the fat or even take it off. chickens fat is the skin any type crispy,soft and even normal chicken. Meat that is truly without fat is beef,pork and turkey.


Fruit and Vegetables.

All fruit and vegetables are good for you but not if you only eat one colour like green fruit and veggies. You need to eat different fruit and veggies.
